I think I would rather pay more to upgrade to a better than stay here again. Great location off the side of the central mall in pattaya. Instead of walking through the side street to get to the beach we would cross the street to get to the mall then be right across the beach. But the rooms were super dirty (I even questioned if our linens were clean but the floor was definitely dirty) and the hotel itself is run down with cracks in the bridge etc. breakfast was old food that had been sitting out for hours and never changed or cooked in batches. Also at the pool side the waitress kept making us pay cash when we wanted to sign for it in the room. They didn’t even have that service

Very near to beach and central festival mall - where you can have food. walking distance to walking street.Night market and bars are nearby and money exchangers are also nearby. Food in the hotel is limited.

The worst hotel ever! This hotel will charge you 500Baht for every visitor and for every entry your visitor makes!!! Hotel staff is even charging me for a missing teaspoon in my room and doesnt want to give my 1,000Baht deposit for a missing teaspoon. I never saw a teaspoon in my room and why am I going to get a teaspoon??? Poor service!!!

Only thing to recommend this hotel is the location, which is next to the Central Mall, very near the beach and smack dab in the middle of Pattaya. Staff is friendly, rooms are basic, breakfast buffet is good, but with all the hotels to choose from I really don't think we'll be staying here again.

Tha place is okay... but the food is limited... they only serve few choices. But the location is very good it is just walking distance from the beach... night market and bars. In front of the hotel is a shopping mall.
